1. About Fame Fight

Fame Fight ("the App") is a live streaming and gifting platform operated by MDfashionco. Features, functionality, pricing, and policies may be updated as the service develops.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fame Fight, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. You must be at least 18 years old to use this App.

3. Virtual Coins

Coins purchased within Fame Fight are virtual currency with no real-world monetary value outside of the App's gift and withdrawal system. Purchased coins do not expire while your account remains active. Coins are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Purchases made through the iOS app are also subject to Apple's refund policies and process.

4. Earnings and Withdrawals

Streamers may request withdrawal of earned coins subject to minimum thresholds and admin approval. Processing times and limits may apply. We reserve the right to withhold payments if we suspect fraudulent activity or abuse of the system. Withdrawal rates and minimums may change with notice inside the App.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use Fame Fight to transmit illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, or sexually explicit content. You agree not to harass, threaten, or impersonate other users. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, without notice or explanation.

6. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behaviour that violates these Terms, you can report it directly within the App — from the live viewer list, tap the report flag next to a user's name and select a reason. You can also block a user from their profile or the live viewer list, which hides their comments and live presence from your view. We review all reports and may take action including warnings, chat muting, or account suspension, at our sole discretion.

7. Content

You retain ownership of content you stream or post. By using the App, you grant Fame Fight a non-exclusive licence to display and transmit your content to other users as part of the App's functionality. You are solely responsible for the content you broadcast.

8. Data and Privacy

We collect account information including the profile information supplied by your chosen sign-in provider, username, and transaction history in order to operate the App. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. You can close your account from Settings → Account Settings → Delete My Account, or request deletion of your account and associated data at famefight.app/delete-account. Some records remain after account closure; see our Privacy Policy for details.

9. No Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAME FIGHT AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF COINS, EARNINGS, OR DATA.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
