Delete your account and data
Request deletion of your Fame Fight account and the personal data associated with it. You can make a request here even if you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in.
Send a deletion request
- Email appfamefight@gmail.com with the subject “Fame Fight account and data deletion”.
- Include your Fame Fight username and the email used to sign in. Send from that email where possible. Tell us whether you want to delete the account and all associated data, or specific data.
- Support may ask you to verify account ownership before acting. Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment-card details, or identity documents with your initial request.
Close your account in the app
Open Settings → Account Settings → Delete My Account and read the confirmations. Closing your account removes your login, replaces your public username, and removes the profile-picture link. You lose access to your account and coin balance. This also starts a request to delete associated data; a separate email is not required.
What we delete and when
Support completes the remaining data cleanup manually. We complete verified account and associated-data deletion requests within 30 days, subject to the limited retention exceptions below. An in-app request is verified through your signed-in account; for an email request, the 30 days start when ownership is verified.
- Personal data: within 30 days. We delete or de-identify remaining profile information, uploaded avatars, chat messages, follows, blocks, saved payout profiles, and identifying stream or battle activity that is not needed for the exceptions below.
- Necessary financial records: 7 years after the transaction is completed. We retain only the purchase, gift-ledger, withdrawal, and payment-reference information needed for accounting, payment disputes, or fraud prevention. This does not mean keeping every saved bank or payout detail for 7 years. At the end of the period, we delete or de-identify records unless a specific legal obligation requires longer retention.
- Safety and moderation records: up to 90 days after account closure or case resolution, whichever is later. We retain only information needed to investigate reports and prevent abuse, then delete or de-identify it. An active investigation, legal preservation requirement, or unresolved payment dispute may require specific evidence for longer; we review that need every 90 days and remove it when the requirement ends.
- Deletion-request correspondence: up to 90 days after completion. We then remove identifying correspondence, unless it is needed for an active complaint or legal obligation.
We also request deletion from service providers that process data for us. Where a provider's backup or security-log retention prevents immediate removal, support explains the applicable expiry period and follows up on the request. We do not promise immediate erasure from every backup.
If an exception applies, support explains which data is kept, why, and its retention period or next review date, unless the law prevents disclosure. We do not record or store livestream camera or microphone feeds beyond transmission of the live stream.
